Journaling for daily care
Self- Love is a critical part of our daily care. Taking care of our mind, body, and spirit permits us the ability to take care of others and the world around us. Every day brings a new chance to start again and create a new regiment of self-care. A great way to assist is with a Daily Self- Love Journal. A place to log your thoughts, gratitude, forgiveness, and goals for yourself. Taking a moment to write it out and offer yourself some kind words is a great place to start.
To help start you on your path or to add to your existing plan we are adding some free printable journal pages! Try it for a week and review what you want to keep working on. Try it for a month and look back at your growth! Offering yourself some words of kindness is a beautiful gift. We offer those gifts to our friends, loved ones, and world around us. We should take a moment to remember to offer them to ourselves, as well.
There is a space to write the things you are grateful for. Take a moment to express things you appreciate in your life and in yourself. Space to write things you forgive yourself for. We need to remember this is a journey and offer ourselves some daily forgiveness. A space to write daily goals for yourself - or future goals you are working on. Finally, a space to write your daily affirmations. Thoughts of kindness you want to repeat to yourself.

Love the journaling idea. It’s an easy way to help your future self out! When I journal, I remember that it’s for my eyes only. I write quickly and don’t worry about grammar, spelling or anything like that. Sometimes just words I use to trigger a memory or thought. Sometimes little sketches. When I feel low, a look back through the pages is the best pick me up!
