SHIPPING & REPLACEMENT POLICY
 

SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to ensure that your item is shipped, from us, within 3-7 business days of receiving your payment. If an item is out of stock or we are experiencing delays, we will notify you by your chosen contact method. 

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We currently only permit refunds or replacement if the material arrived damaged or was lost by the chosen shipping method. As all of our items are blessed and sold to you "as is" in that format, we cannot accept returns.

If material arrives damaged, or was lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt (or due date of delivery). Please, include pictures of the item/s in question and concern and we will provide either a replacement product or refund on a case-by-case basis. If we find a refund or replacement is granted or not warranted, we will notify you by your chosen contact method.
